I/We Understand:
– That all services provided by IT Corporation must be paid for in advance before the 7th day of the month except by written agreement with IT Corporation Management
– If the account is not in credit the account may be disconnected at the discretion of IT Corporation
– That IT Corporation will always aim to provide the best and most reliable service possible, but cannot be responsible for any loss of service, regardless of the party at fault
– That the account will not be used for any illegal or anti-social purposes, including obscene, abusive, fraudulent, threatening or otherwise unacceptable messages or usage
– All services are subjected to 1 full months Calendar notice and Cancellation form completion.
– All prices are excluding GST
– All details, data, and any other information shall remain confidential

By submitting this form, you acknowledge and accept the following:
In no event shall IT Corporation be held liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of service provided hereunder, including but not limited to loss of profits or revenue, loss of use of equipment, lost data, costs of substitute equipment, or other costs. Notwithstanding anything else contained in this Agreement the Company shall not be liable to the Customer for loss of profits or contracts or other indirect or consequential loss whether arising from negligence, breach of contract or howsoever.
IT Corporation offers no guarantees or warranties as to system availability and functionality during any phase of the agreement.
IT Corporation makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the ability to resolve computer, server or network related problems, recover data, avoid losing data or prevent loss of income.
Data Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain adequate data backups and disaster recovery plans. While IT Corporation will take all reasonable measures to protect your data, we do not guarantee against data loss or corruption.
Service Impact: Our IT services are designed to enhance your business operations, but there may be occasional service interruptions due to system maintenance, upgrades, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Security Measures: We employ security measures to safeguard your systems, but no system is entirely immune to security risks. It is essential for customers to remain vigilant and implement additional security measures as needed.
Business Impact: IT Corporation is committed to minimizing disruptions to your business operations, but we do not guarantee the absence of any impact on your business.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold IT Corporation, its employees, and associates harmless from any claims, losses, or damages, including legal fees, arising from their use of our services.
